- Single supplement 30% of the per person rate in high season only, no surcharge for low season.
- Children under the age of 12 years 50% of the per person sharing rate when sharing with two adults.
- Rate inclusions Accommodation, all meals, drinks on activities, transfers to and from Kasane Airport for guests arriving or departing with scheduled flights or private charters only and two daily safari activities.
- Rate exclusions All drinks, transfers, park entrance fees, bed levy and purchases of a personal nature.
Please Note: We have been advised that as of 01 May 2012 the bed levy of P10 had been imposed at all Botswana properties. Originally we included this cost in our rates however with the increase being out of our control, as of 1 June 2012, this would be excluded from Elephant Valley rates and will be an additional charge.
Any bookings that are already 100% confirmed in the system, will be honoured.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.
For group bookings (greater than 10 guests) cancelled between;
- 45 and 30 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount will be due.
- 29 and 15 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount will be due.
- 14 and 0 days prior to arrival 100% of the total amount will be due.

CHILDREN
Children under the age of 12 are permitted on safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on safari.
